Xiaomi presented a gaming laptop Redmi G 2022 with a screen at 165 Hz, Core i7-12650H processor and GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics

Xiaomi showed in China its new gaming laptop under the brand name Redmi.

What we know

The novelty was called Redmi G 2022. The device has a 16-inch display with 2.5K resolution, 165 Hz refresh rate, 500 nits brightness and 3 ms response time. The panel covers 100% of the color space sRGB. The novelty has 16GB of DDR5-4800 RAM and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD drive. The Redmi G 2022 is powered by a 55.02Wh battery. There is HDMI 2.1 and also some USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 support. Out of the box the notebook has the Windows 11 operating system.

Price and when to expect

Redmi G 2022 has already gone on sale in China. The new product is available in three configurations:

• Redmi G 2022 (Intel Core i7-12650H + GeForce RTX 3050) - $1037
