Microsoft Surface Studio 2+ - Intel Core i7-11370H, 32GB of memory, 1TB SSD and RTX 3060 for $4300
Microsoft has expanded its Surface Studio series of all-in-one PCs with a new model. The manufacturer announced Surface Studio 2+ with updated hardware and the same design (in the style of Studio 2).
Here's What We Know
Microsoft Surface Studio 2+ is equipped with Intel's 11th generation Core i7-11370H chip. Why the company did not use processors of 13th or at least 12th generation is not quite clear. The graphics system is represented by the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Mobile graphics card with 6GB of VRAM.
The display of the monoblock is based on the PixelSense panel with touchscreen control. The screen has a 28-inch diagonal, 3-to-2 aspect ratio, 4,500 x 3,000 pixels and supports Dolby Vision.
For high-speed data transfer, Microsoft Surface Studio 2+ offers three USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 support. In addition to them the list of connectors includes two USB-A (3.1), Mini-Jack and Gigabit Ethernet. Wireless interfaces are represented by Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 6E adapters. In addition, the novelty is equipped with stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, microphones and a webcam that can record Full HD video.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Microsoft Surface Studio 2+ is only available in one modification. The monoblock is equipped with 32GB of DDR4 RAM, a 1TB SSD drive and costs $4300. You'll have to pay $300 extra for the keyboard, mouse and Surface Pen stylus. The novelty is already available for pre-order, and sales will start on October 12.
