Audio-Technica introduced wireless wood headphones with stereo sound, Hi-Fi for $2700

Japanese manufacturer Audio-Technica announced new unusual wireless headphones ATH-WB2022 to celebrate its 60th anniversary .

Here's What We Know

The novelty boasts a wooden housing. The device supports stereo sound and Hi-Fi. There is a separate signal pass-through remote for each headphone, as well as ESS DAC ES9038Q2M digital-to-analog converters. The ear cushions in the ATH-WB2022 are made of solid maple, walnut, and mahogany. The headphones support LDAC, AAC, and SBC codecs, and can also connect via Bluetooth to multiple devices at once.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Audio-Technica plans to launch the new product in 2023. The headphones will cost $2700.
