LG introduced UltraGear 27" OLED monitor with 240 Hz frame rate for $1000

South Korean company LG introduced a new monitor for gamers, which has a panel on organic LEDs. The model is called LG UltraGear 27GR95QE.

Here's What We Know

The monitor is equipped with a 27" display with a 240 Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, which corresponds to the format Quad HD. The panel supports HDR10 has a contrast ratio of 1,500,000 to 1, and the DCI-P3 color gamut is 98.5%.

The novelty has HDMI (x2), DisplayPort (x1) and USB 3.0 (x1) connectors. Note that LG does not specify HDMI and DP versions. The manufacturer claims support for NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FeeSync Premium technologies.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The manufacturer's recommended price for the LG UltraGear 27GR95QE is $1,000. Sales will begin in the first quarter of 2023.
