OneXPlayer 2 - Ryzen 7 6800U-powered handheld gaming console with up to 2TB of storage starting at $899
One-Netbook Technology has introduced a new handheld console. The model is called OneXPlayer 2.
Here's What We Know
The gaming console is equipped with AMD's Ryzen 7 6800U mobile chip. The processor has a CPU with up to 4.7 GHz and 12-core integrated graphics Radeon 680M. The iGPU frequency is 2.2GHz. The RAM can be 32GB or 16GB, depending on the modification, and the PCIe M.2 storage capacity ranges from 512GB to 2TB.
The OneXPlayer 2 has a large 8.4" display. It is based on an IPS panel with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. According to the manufacturer, the screen has 88.7 percent NTSC color gamut and supports styli with 4,096 clicks.
A cool feature of the model are the controls, which can be detached from the display, like the Nintendo Switch. They can be combined and used as one full-fledged controller. In addition, users will be able to order a keyboard separately.
The OneXPlayer comes with a 65.5Wh battery. It charges up to 50% in 40 minutes. The console also got Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5, gyroscope and Harman stereo speakers.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Everyone will be able to pre-order it on the IndieGoGo platform starting Dec. 18. The OneXPlayer 2 is priced at $899 for the version with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Sales will begin next March.
