Samsung introduced the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 laptop powered by the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 processor for $1500
South Korean technology giant Samsung introduced a new laptop, the cover of which hinges 360 degrees, and the display supports touch screen input. The model is called the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360.
Here's What We Know
The presentation of the original Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 took place back in February. The laptop received a mobile processor from Intel. The novelty has a single-crystal system Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3.
The chip is the first solution, which is focused on laptops with Windows-on-ARM operating system and is made according to the norms of 5-nanometer process. Compared to Gen 2, multi-threaded performance is increased by 85%, graphics performance is increased by 60%, and the neural chip is increased to 29 trillion operations per second.
Like the February model, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 gets a 13.3" display based on an AMOLED panel. The weight of the device is just over 1 kg, and the thickness of the body is 11.5 mm. The manufacturer claims to support the proprietary S Pen stylus.
One of the strengths of the laptop is the operating time without recharging - 35 hours against 21 hours compared to the version on Intel. We are talking about video playback mode. The novelty also got support for 5G networks and a Wi-Fi 6E adapter.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 is introduced in South Korea and will be on sale with Windows 11 operating system pre-installed starting January 16, 2023. The cost of the laptop was $1500. The price and global release dates will be announced later.
