Intel unveiled 16 new Raptor Lake desktop processors for $109-549
U.S. processor giant Intel has expanded its line of desktop processors of Raptor Lake generation. Last year, the company introduced seven chips. Now they are joined by another dozen and a half CPUs.
Here's What We Know
In 2022, K and KF processors with and without integrated graphics, respectively, were announced. Both platforms have an unlocked multiplier and a TDP of 125W. Also in 2022, a special version of KS (Core i9-13900 only) with extended heat dissipation (TDP = 150W) debuted.
Intel is now introducing 16 chips. Processors without an index have a locked multiplier and TDP 65W. F variant also remained without integrated graphics. Also T chips with reduced to 35 W rated heat dissipation are announced.
The cheapest new product is Core i3-13100F. It has four performance cores at 3.4-4.5 GHz and costs $109. The same model, but with UHD 730 graphics will cost $134. The most expensive processor is Core i9-13900. It got 24 cores (8P + 16E), 32 threads and frequency of 2.0-5.6 GHz, and the price is $549,
