American manufacturer Dell introduced a new monitor under the Alienware brand. The AW2524H model has an extremely high frame rate. But not a record.

Here's What We Know

The novelty received a Fast IPS matrix. The initial frame rate is 480 Hz, and the maximum - 500 Hz. This is not a record. At CES 2023 there was already a premiere of the monitor, equipped with 540 Hz display. It was presented by ASUS.

Our hero has a 24.5" Full HD display with 16:9 aspect ratio, 0.5 ms response time and 99% sRGB color gamut. In addition, the Alienware AW2524H is certified by NVIDIA G-Sync and VESA DisplayHDR 400.

On the back of the monitor, you can see the brand logo and the number 25. Both elements are backlit. The stand has a hexagonal base. Also the novelty is equipped with HDMI 2.1 (x2), DisplayPort 1.4 (x1) and USB-A (x5) ports.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Alienware AW2524H will go on sale by the end of the first quarter of 2023. It has become a tradition for companies to not disclose the price for laptop, TV and monitor presentations at CES 2023. Dell is on that list, too.
