ASUS introduced a new generation of ROG Zephyrus G14 laptops at CES 2023. It's the first 14" models to sport the ASUS Nebula HDR screen.

Here's What We Know

The Taiwanese manufacturer previously used Nebula HDR panels with mini-LED backlighting only in the ROG Flow X16 and ROG Zephyrus Duo 16. The screen has 512 blackout zones and a maximum brightness of 600 nits. The top-end version of the ROG Zephyrus G14 features a QHD+ panel with 165Hz frame rate, 3ms response time and 100% DCI/P3 color range coverage. There are also versions with Full HD and QHD+ IPS screens at 144 Hz and 165 Hz, respectively.

Laptops offer customers AMD processors on the Zen 4 architecture, including the top-of-the-line Ryzen 9 in the maximum modification. The graphics subsystem can also be represented by solutions from two companies - AMD Radeon or NVIDIA GeForce (up to RTX 4090).

The maximum amount of RAM is 32 GB. The frequency is 4800 MHz (DDR5). Other notebooks feature NVIDIA G-Sync, NVIDIA Advanced Optimus, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, USB-C 4.0, USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 (x2), USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, Mini-Jack, HD camera, and a microSD card slot. The battery capacity is 76 Watt*h.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Sales of the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 notebooks will start in the second quarter of 2023. The price will be announced closer to the appearance of new products on the market.
