Dell unveiled Alienware M high-performance portable laptops starting at $1899
Dell, along with the 500Hz monitor, introduced new laptops under the Alienware brand. As part of the M Series, the manufacturer announced the Alienware m16 and Alienware m18 at CES 2023.

Novelties are aimed at users who want maximum performance in a compact chassis. To that end, they are equipped with top-of-the-line hardware.
The Alienware m16 and Alienware m18 feature Intel's Raptor Lake generation processors, including the top-of-the-line platform with 24 cores and speeds up to 5.6GHz. The graphics subsystem is represented by GeForce RTX 40 graphics cards. The top variant is equipped with RTX 4090 with 16 GB of memory. In the future there will be models with AMD chips and cards. The maximum memory capacity is 9TB.
The company claims that the new cooling system has increased the total TDP of the laptop to 250W. For this purpose, there is an evaporation chamber, seven heat pipes and four fans.
The Alienware m16 and Alienware m18 are equipped with Full HD screens with frame rates up to 480Hz or QHD with 165Hz refresh rates. There is support for NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Sales of the Alienware m16 and Alienware m18 will start before the end of winter. The first to hit the market will be the top-end notebooks priced from $2599 and $2899 respectively. More affordable models will appear on store shelves a little later. The Alienware m16 will cost from $1899, and the Alienware m18 - from $2099.
