Acer introduced Swift, Swift X and Swift Go laptops powered by Intel Raptor Lake-H processors starting at $800
Fans of Acer this year will have the opportunity to buy updated laptops from the Swift series. The Taiwanese manufacturer presented the Swift Go, Swift X and Swift models at CES 2023. The first is available with a diagonal of 14" and 16", and the other two - exclusively with 14".
Here's What We Know
The Acer Swift X 14 is the only laptop that has discrete graphics. In this case - GeForce RTX 4050. The processor part is represented by Intel Raptor Lake-H chip. By the way, all novelties are equipped with such processors. The model has an OLED-screen format 2,8K with support for 120 Hz and brightness up to 500 nits.
Acer Swift 14 stands out with a body made of aluminum, which is used in the aerospace industry. The weight of the laptop is 1.2 kg and the thickness is less than 14.95 mm. The display has a resolution of QHD or Full HD. According to the manufacturer, the novelty can work without charging for 9.5 hours.
Finally, Acer Swift Go 14 and Swift Go 16 offer customers 2.8K and 3.2K screens, respectively. Touch controls are optional. Both use OLED panels.
The Swift Go 14 has a 90Hz display. The larger model supports a 120 Hz refresh rate. Weight is 1.3 kg and 1.6 kg respectively.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The first to go on sale will be the Acer Swift 14, in March. The cost will be from $1400. The Acer Swift X 14 will go on sale starting in April, priced from $1100. The Acer Swift Go 16 will have to wait until May. The price is from $850. The last model on the market will be the cheapest - Acer Swift Go 14. For it you will have to pay at least $800.
