Redmi Smart Fire TV: 32-inch TV with Amazon Fire OS 7 on board, 20W speakers, AirPlay and Alexa support for $158

Xiaomi has announced a new budget smart TV - the Redmi Smart Fire TV - in India.

Here's What We Know

This is the brand's first TV to get the Amazon Fire OS 7 operating system. The novelty also comes with a built-in Alexa voice assistant and pre-installed Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, Zee5, SonyLiv and YouTube apps.

The Redmi Smart Fire TV has a 32-inch HD resolution display as well as 20-watt speakers with Dolby Audio, DTS-HD and DTS: Virtual X technology. The novelty is powered by a quad-core Cortex A35 processor paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM. The TV also has 802.11 ac Wi-Fi (2.4/5GHz), AirPlay, Miracast, Bluetooth 5.0, HDMI 2.1, USB 2.0, headphone jack and Ethernet.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Redmi Smart Fire TV is already available for pre-order in India for $158. Sales of the TV will start on March 21. Then the novelty will cost $170.
