Huawei Smart Band 8 - new design, NFC and updated sensors at $40-45
Huawei has announced a sports bracelet following the nova 11 smartphone. The model is called Huawei Smart Band 8.

The electronics capsule weighs 14g and is 8.99mm thick. Compared to Band 7, the parameters have decreased by 2 g and 1 mm respectively. The case of the sports bracelet has 5ATM water protection.
Huawei Smart Band 8 is equipped with a 1.47" display. It is based on a rectangular AMOLED matrix with Always-on and a resolution of 368 x 194 pixels. There are over 10,000 dials for users to choose from.
The sports bracelet is able to perform sleep monitoring with TruSleep 3.0 technology. For heart rate monitoring, TruSeen 5.0 technology is available. And the bracelet can store your heart rate for up to a week. Other functions include blood oxygen level detection, women's health management, stress monitoring and 100 sport modes.
Huawei Smart Band 8 is equipped with a battery that provides up to 14 days of operation. Fast charging technology allows for two days of use of the sports bracelet in 5 minutes.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The manufacturer's recommended price for the base version of the Huawei Smart Band 8 was $40. The variant with NFC has been priced at $45 by the company. Sales will start on April 26. On the last day of spring, versions with a nylon strap will hit the market. They will cost a couple of dollars more.
