Together with GeForce RTX 4060, NVIDIA has introduced the Ti version. It is available in two modifications and will hit the market this summer.

Here's What We Know

The graphics card comes with 8GB or 16GB of GDDR6 memory with an effective 18GHz, 128-bit bus, and bandwidth of 288GB/s. Regardless of memory capacity, the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti is equipped with the AD-106-350/351 chip based on Ada Lovelace architecture. The processor is built on improved 5nm TSMC technology. The GPU has 4352 CUDA cores and has a frequency of 2.54 GHz. Power consumption is similarly similar at 160W each.

In terms of performance, NVIDIA promises a 70% increase over the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. Compared to the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER, the performance of the new generation model is increased by 160%. The boost is due to support for DLSS 3 and Shader Execution Reordering technologies.

NVIDIA said that in most games GeForce RTX 4060 Ti will show roughly the same performance regardless of the amount of video memory. Still, the 16GB VRAM version will feel better in some projects.

The performance of the RTX 4060 Ti in single precision computation will be 22 TFLOPS. For a better understanding, the US company cites the previous generation RTX 3060 and RTX 3060 Ti as 13 TFLOPS and 16 TFLOPS respectively.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Both versions of the graphics card will go on sale in July this year. The GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB will cost $399 and the 16GB VRAM version will cost $499. What's interesting, only the RTX 4060 8GB will appear in the reference variant (Founders Edition).
