Dell introduces the Alienware AW2724HF 360Hz gaming monitor at $460

The day before we wrote that Dell started selling the Alienware AW2724DM gaming monitor. The manufacturer has also introduced another gamer model. It is called the Dell Alienware AW2724HF.

Here's What We Know

The monitor is equipped with Fast IPS display with frame refresh rate up to 360Hz. The panel has a 27" diagonal, Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), a pixel density of 82 ppi, HDR10 support and a brightness of 400 nits.

The screen displays 99% of the sRGB colour space. The contrast ratio is 1000:1, while the response time is 0.5ms. In addition, the monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium and VESA Adaptive-Sync.

A refresh rate of 360Hz is achieved when using DisplayPort 1.4. If you connect a computer or set-top box via HDMI, the maximum frame rate is reduced to 255Hz. In addition to HDMI and DP, the Alienware AW2724HF has USB-A, USB-B and USB-C.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The monitor is already available for purchase on Dell's official website in the US. The manufacturer's recommended price for the Alienware AW2724HF is $460.
