HP Envy Move: A portable monoblock that doesn't need an outlet to work
HP has unveiled the HP Envy Move, an unusual monoblock computer that can be used anywhere you want, even if there's no power outlet nearby.
Details
The monoblock is equipped with a handle that makes it easy to carry and feet for mounting on any flat surface. A pocket is added on the back of the case to store the keyboard. By the way, the HP 720 White Touchpad wireless keyboard with touchpad, which does not require an additional mouse, is included in the monoblock.
Another feature of the HP Envy Move is its autonomous operation. Thanks to the inbuilt 83Wh battery, the device can run without mains power for about 4 hours.
Thus, you can carry the monoblock around with you, but keep in mind that you definitely can't call it compact. It has a 23.8-inch IPS touchscreen display with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels, anti-glare coating and Low Blue Light technology to protect your eyes from blue light.
Other features include an Intel Core i3-1315U or Core i5-1335U processor, 8GB or 16GB of RAM, 256GB to 1TB SSD, a 5 MP camera with security shutter, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C (10Gbps), USB Type-A (10Gbps), and HDMI.
The HP Envy Move is priced at $900 or $1220 depending on the version.
