Garmin Fenix 7 Pro, Epix 2 Pro, Venu 3 and Tactix 7 AMOLED Edition users can now measure an electrocardiogram

Garmin has announced ECG support for its branded smartwatch.

Users of Garmin Fenix 7 Pro, Epix 2 Pro, Venu 3 and Tactix 7 AMOLED Edition watches have received the new feature. With this, owners of the listed models can now measure an electrocardiogram as well as monitor for signs of atrial fibrillation (AFib). ECG results are available on the watch as well as in the Garmin Connect app.

Unfortunately, the innovation is still only available to watch users in the US, Vietnam and Hong Kong. Whether such a feature will appear in other countries is still unknown.
