Samsung has unveiled a compact charger with 25W of power and a USB-C port

Samsung has added a new charger to its accessories range.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about an updated version of Samsung Super Fast Charger for 25W. The main difference of the novelty is a thinner body. For this purpose, the company used GaN (gallium nitride) technology. The novelty also supports USB PD 3.0, PPS fast charging protocol and boasts reduced power consumption (from 20 mW to 5 mW). According to the company, the charger is made entirely from recycled plastic. Like the older version, the novelty comes with a USB-C port.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The device can already be bought in South Korea for $19. A version with USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable is also available for $24.
