MSI prepares a line of gaming monitors with QD OLED displays up to 49 inches
MSI is preparing to release a new series of gaming monitors.
Here's What We Know
This lineup will include curved and flat-screen models. All new products will be equipped with the latest generation of QD-OLED panels with precise pixel illumination control and true black scene reproduction.
The flagships of the line will be two curved models. The first is MAG 341CQP QD-OLED, equipped with a 34-inch UWQHD QD-OLED 1800R curved panel with a GTG response time of 0.03ms and a refresh rate of 175Hz. The monitor will have an aspect ratio of 32:9.
Another flagship model is the 49-inch DQHD 1800R MPG 491CQP QD-OLED monitor. It also features a QD-OLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and a GTG response time of 0.03ms. Both models are VESA ClearMR 9000 and DisplayHDR True Black 400 certified, ensuring gamers experience motion blur-free image quality and vivid colours. Additionally, MSI OLED Care 2.0 enhances panel maintenance capabilities and significantly reduces the likelihood of OLED screen burn-in. In addition, the monitors have an optimised thermal design. The new monitors feature HDMI 2.1 with full 48Gbps bandwidth, 120Hz support, VRR and ALLM, as well as Type-C for interfacing with mobile devices.
As for flat-panel monitors, there will be four of them:
- MPG 321URX QD-OLED, UHD 4K, 240Hz, 0.03ms GTG
- MAG 321UPX QD-OLED, UHD 4K, 240Hz, 0.03ms GTG
- MPG 271QRX QD-OLED, WQHD 2K, 360 Hz, 0.03 ms GTG
- MAG 271QPX QD-OLED, WQHD 2K, 360Hz, 0.03ms GTG
All products will ship with MSI OLED Care 2.0, which features a fanless design to extend the life of your panel. These monitors are also fully equipped with MSI Gaming Intelligence AI features, Type-C interfaces up to 90W, and fully support MSI Console Mode.
