Dell U2724D and U2724DE: a range of monitors with QHD IPS screens at 120Hz

Dell has announced a new range of monitors for everyday tasks: Dell U2724D and Dell U2724DE.

Here's What We Know

The Dell U2724D gets a 27-inch LG IPS display with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The claimed contrast ratio of the monitor is 2000:1, and the response time is 5 ms. The novelty has a light sensor that adjusts the brightness and colour temperature of the display depending on the external environment, as well as ports DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI, USB Type-A and USB Type-C with charging up to 90W.

As for the Dell U2724DE, it has exactly the same specs but boasts a Thunderbolt 3 connector with DP Alt mode, an Ethernet port and a KVM switch. Both new products come with height and tilt adjustable stands.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Sales of the new products will start in the US on the 9th of November. The Dell U2724D will cost $479, while the Dell U2724DE will cost $649.
