Huawei MatePad Pro 11 (2024) - the world's first satellite-enabled tablet - has been unveiled
As planned, Huawei has announced the world's first satellite-enabled tablet. The model was named Huawei MatePad Pro 11 (2024).
Here's What We Know
The presentation of Huawei MatePad Pro 11 (2024) took place 16 months after the appearance of MatePad Pro 11 (2022). Nevertheless, the novelty externally does not differ from its predecessor. It received an 11" OLED display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The company did not specify the model of the mobile processor. The Huawei MatePad Pro 11 (2024) is rumoured to be equipped with a Kirin 9000s chip, but with lowered frequencies. The RAM is 12GB and the storage capacity is 256/512GB.
The tablet is equipped with three cameras. The front side features a 16MP selfie module with f/2.2 aperture. The resolution of the main camera is 13 MP (f/1.8) + 8 MP (f/2.2). It supports 4K UHD video shooting at a frame rate of 30 FPS.
Huawei MatePad Pro 11 (2024) has an 8300 mA*h battery and 66W fast charging. The tablet also has six stereo speakers, a third-generation Huawei M-Pencil stylus, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2 and HarmonyOS 4 operating system in its arsenal.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The Huawei MatePad Pro 11 (2024) is priced at $600 and $670 in the 12/256GB and 12/512GB variants, respectively. The tablet will be available in blue, green, black and white colours. You will be able to buy the model in China starting from 8 December 2023.
