We are talking about watchOS 10.3 Beta 2 for Apple Watch. The firmware can already be installed by developers. To do this, you need to open the companion app on the iPhone, go to the "Software Update" section and download the system. As for the open test build of the software, it will be released a little later.

Unfortunately, there is no list of changes to watchOS 10.3 Beta 2. Most likely, Apple only omtimised the software and fixed minor bugs.
