The Amazfit Helio Ring is equipped with various sensors for health tracking. For example, the gadget is able to monitor heart rate, SpO2, sleep and stress levels by the sweat released by the hands. The new product also uses PeakBeat algorithm to get VO2 Max data, training load and the effect of the workout. The device can track different sports.
