10 CPU cores and Xclipse 940 graphics: Samsung has revealed details about its flagship Exynos 2400 chip
Samsung has revealed the specifications of its new proprietary Exynos 2400 chip, which is found in the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+.

So, the Exynos 2400 boasts a 10-core configuration that includes a powerful Cortex-X4 core with a maximum clock speed of 3.2GHz, as well as a combination of two Cortex-A720 cores clocked at 2.9GHz and three Cortex-A720 cores clocked at 2.6GHz. There are also four Cortex-A520 cores clocked at 2GHz for improved efficiency.
Samsung says the new SoC has a 1.7x performance boost over the previous generation chip. The Exynos 2400 is built on Samsung's new 4LPP+ process and uses FOWLP technology. The Xclipse 940 GPU with AMD RDNA 3 architecture is responsible for the processor's graphics. The graphics chip has a ray tracing function at the hardware level and AI-based image enhancement technology. The novelty also boasts an improved NPU and support for cameras up to 320 MP.
