Xiaomi announced Redmi G Pro 2024 - "the most powerful laptop under $1400"

At today's presentation in China, Xiaomi not only unveiled new products (Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone, Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 and Redmi Book Pro 14 and Redmi Book Pro 16 laptops), but also intrigued with an interesting announcement.

Here's What We Know

Xiaomi has announced the release of the updated Redmi G Pro 2024 laptop. The company claims that it will be the most powerful laptop under 10,000 yuan (approximately $1,400).

You can get a glimpse of the device's design on the promotional poster, but unfortunately there are no other details. According to leaks, the top-end version will get an Intel Core 9-14900HX processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 graphics accelerator. A model with Intel Core i5-14500HX processor and RTX 4060 graphics card has also flashed in Geekbench.

Xiaomi is expected to reveal more details and announce the release date next week.

Incidentally, the previous Redmi G Pro model was released in 2022. It is a gaming laptop with a 16-inch display, AMD Ryzen 7 6800H processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card and a price tag of $1090.
