The Russians have received a new batch of Su-34M frontline fighter-bombers that can launch smart bombs

The Air and Space Forces of the Russian Federation have received another batch of Su-34M front-line fighter-bombers. This was announced by the United Aircraft Corporation.

Here's What We Know

Russian propagandists have shown several aircraft, but there is no information about how many Su-34Ms in total have been handed over to the military. This is the second batch of fighter-bombers in 2023. The first entered service in the summer and consisted of two aircraft.

According to Oryx analysts, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed one Su-34M. This happened in mid-summer last year. At the same time, the Russian army lost 21 Su-34 fighter-bombers in a year and a half.
