Official: Netherlands to transfer 6 additional F-16 Fighting Falcon fighters to Ukraine
The Netherlands is going to hand over more F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine than it originally said.

The corresponding information was reported by the Minister of Defence of the country. We are talking about 6 additional aircraft, which were going to be sold to a private company Draken International. But in the end the deal was cancelled.
Earlier, the Netherlands promised to send Ukraine 18 fighter jets. By the way, the Dutch army has a total of 42 F-16s in service, but 24 of them will be transferred to Ukraine, while the remaining 18 will be sent to Romania in order to train Ukrainian pilots.
