A German trained a hamster to trade cryptocurrency on the exchange
A resident of Germany managed to train his pet to trade digital currency on the exchange. For this purpose, he converted the hamster's living quarters.
What we know
The hamster's name is Mr. Gox. He has been helping his master to trade cryptocurrency since the beginning of this summer. For this purpose, a special room with two plastic pipes and a running wheel appeared in his apartment.
While running, Mr. Gox can choose one of the digital currencies, including Bitcoin. Motion sensors installed in the right tunnel cause PC-installed software to purchase the selected digital currencies. Sensors in the left tunnel are responsible for selling tokens.
The hamster, running through one of the tubes, performs a transaction in increments of €20. Since June of this year, the animal has increased its owner's portfolio yield by almost a quarter (+24%). Having invested €332 in cryptocurrency, by mid-September the user had increased the value of his assets to €500.
