OPPO and OnePlus stopped selling their smartphones in Germany because of Nokia

Chinese companies OPPO and OnePlus stopped selling their cell phones in Germany.

What happened?

According to Juve Patent, the telecom giant Nokia accused the Chinese manufacturers of using their patented 4G and 5G signal processing technologies without a license. Nokia sued OPPO and OnePlus and won. Now the Chinese companies are banned from selling their devices in Germany. 

OPPO and OnePlus have already complied with the court orders. On the local sites of the manufacturers pages with the gadgets disappeared. According to representatives of the brands, both companies are trying to resolve the conflict, but whether they will be able to resolve it is still unclear. By the way, the court's decision does not mean that OPPO and OnePlus devices will stop working in the country or third-party retailers will not be able to sell them.
