Apple has released its financial report for the third quarter of fiscal year 2022. It is also the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2022 for the American company.

Here's What We Know

The first thing worth noting is the growth in revenue to a record high. Apple's revenue from July to September inclusive increased 8% over the third quarter of calendar year 2021 to $90.15 billion.

Of course, the most (47.29%) the company was able to get from the sale of smartphones iPhone - $42.63 (+10% for the year). Macs come second. Revenue compared to 2021 increased by a quarter to $11.51 billion, or 12.77% of the total.

Revenue from wearable devices and accessories increased 10% year over year. They brought the company in the third quarter of 2022 $ 9.65 billion. The manufacturer earned $19.19 billion (+5%) on services. But demand for tablets fell. In the reporting quarter, iPad revenue brought in only $7.17 billion, 13% more than a year earlier.

Apple's net income was also up, not the pace of revenue. For the year, the figure rose 0.8% to $20.72 billion.

That said, Apple expects next quarter to be less successful than it was a year ago. This is due to the lack of big presentations, while last October the U.S. manufacturer released new MacBooks on the M1 Pro and M1 Max processors.
