It's official: HTC U23 Pro with 108 MP camera and Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip unveiled on May 18

HTC has announced the launch date for the U23 Pro smartphone.

According to the manufacturer's official social media teaser, the event will take place next Thursday - May 18.

If rumours and leaks are to be believed, the HTC U23 Pro will get a flat display with an aperture and 120Hz refresh rate, as well as a quad-mounted main camera with a 108MP main sensor. The novelty will be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor paired with 8/12GB of RAM. Apart from that, the device will get a 4,600mAh battery, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a USB-C charging port.

How much the HTC U23 Pro will cost is not yet known.
