AMD Radeon RX 7600 gets Navi 33 XL chip and performance on par with GeForce RTX 4060 Ti for $399
AMD is preparing to unveil a new desktop graphics card as part of its Radeon RX series. The upcoming novelty will be called Radeon RX 7600.
Here's What We Know
The video card will be based on the Navi 33 XL graphics processor. The chip has 32 processing units and 2048 stream processors (analog of CUDA cores in NVIDIA video cards). The frequency will be 1720-2655 MHz.
The GPU will be supplemented with 8GB of GDDR6 RAM with 128-bit bus. The effective video memory frequency will be 18 GHz, and the maximum throughput will be 288 GB/s. In this regard, Radeon RX 7600 will match the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB presented the day before.
Presentation of Radeon RX 7600 is expected on May 25 of this year. The cost of video card will be €349 ($380). For comparison, GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB in the U.S. costs $399, and the European price has not yet been announced.
