90Hz screen, Snapdragon 680 chip and 8000mAh battery: Xiaomi is working on the budget Redmi Pad 2 tablet

Xiaomi unveiled its first Redmi-branded tablet last year and is now preparing to release its successor.

Here's What We Know

The novelty will be called the Redmi Pad 2. According to insider Digital Chat Station, the gadget will feature a 10 or 11-inch display. The panel will support a refresh rate of 90 Hz and will have a resolution of 2K. The device should run on the Snapdragon 680 chip, and be powered by an 8000 mAh battery.

Unfortunately, other specifications of the tablet are not yet available. It is also unknown when the presentation of the device will take place. We can only assume that the novelty will be shown in the summer.
