Insider: Red Magic 8S Pro will be one of the first smartphones on the market to get the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 chip

nubia unveiled Red Magic 8 Pro gaming smartphone in late 2022 and is now set to release an improved version.

Here's What We Know

The novelty will be called Red Magic 8S Pro. The main difference of the device will be the chip - instead of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the smartphone will have a new SoC Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2. It will get an overclocked core and will score 1,704,113 points in the AnTuTu performance test. It is also known that the smartphone will get 170W fast charging support (instead of 165W).

As for the other specs, they won't change. The Red Magic 8S Pro will have a 6.8-inch OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate, a 16MP front-facing camera, a triple main camera with 50MP + 8MP sensors + macro sensor, 12/16GB RAM, up to 512GB of storage and a 5000mAh battery. The smartphone will be released in the summer.
