Two AMOLED displays, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, IPX8 protection and 50 MP camera: Insider reveals details of Samsung Galaxy Fold 5
Insider @_snoopytech_, ahead of July's Galaxy Unpacked launch, has revealed details of Samsung's foldable Galaxy Fold 5 smartphone.

So, the novelty will get a 7.6-inch main display with 2176×1812p resolution and an adaptive refresh rate of 1 to 120Hz. The outer screen will have a 6.2-inch diagonal and a resolution of 2316×904p. It will also support 120Hz frequency.
The gadget will be powered by the top-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with 12GB of RAM and 256/512GB of storage. The novelty will also get IPX8 protection, 5G, GPS, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, USB 3.2 Type-C port and a 4,400mAh battery with 25W charging. As for the cameras, there will be five in the device: a 50 MP (f1.8) + 12 MP (f2.2) main camera + 12 MP (f2.2) and two 10 MP and 4 MP front-facing cameras. The novelty should come with the One UI 5.1.1 shell based on Android 13 OS and in three colours: Cream, Icy Blue and Phantom Black. The gadget will weigh 253 grams.
