Apple will unveil new Macs with M3 processor in October, after iPhone 15 - Bloomberg
Just last month, Apple introduced Mac Studio with M2 Max and M2 Ultra chips and MacBook Air with a 15.3-inch display and an M2 processor. And in the autumn, other new Mac products are expected, but already with the M3 processor.
Here's What We Know
According to Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, in September, the presentation of smartphones iPhone 15 and smart watches Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra will take place, and in October Apple will show new Macs. These are likely to be an updated iMac, a 13-inch MacBook Air and a MacBook Pro with M3 chips.
But it is not yet known whether it will be a full-fledged event or Apple will limit itself to issuing press releases describing the new models. The decision to hold an official event has likely not yet been made.
As for the M3 processor, expect the same number of cores as the M2, but with improved performance and efficiency thanks to the move to a new 3-nanometre manufacturing process.
