Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will get a 50MP telephoto lens with a 3x optical zoom lens

Samsung may significantly improve the telephoto lens in the Galaxy S24 Ultra compared to the Galaxy S23 Ultra. This was reported by insider Ice Universe.

Here's What We Know

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is equipped with a 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. There were rumours that the next-gen model will be equipped with a 5x zoom module without loss of quality. But according to Ice Universe, this is not the case.

An insider reports that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will indeed lose the 10MP telephoto lens, but the 3x optical zoom will remain. At the same time, the sensor resolution will increase five times to 50 MP.

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will retain the 200 MP standard camera and a second telephoto lens (10x). What changes await the 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera is not specified at the moment.
