Samsung Galaxy A05 with Helio G85 processor and Android 13 passed the performance test in Geekbench 6
Samsung is working on the Galaxy A05 smartphone. They appeared under the model numbers SM-A055F and SM-A055M. The version with the F index passed the performance test in Geekbench 6.
Here's What We Know
The benchmark database indicates that the smartphone is equipped with a processor MT6769V/CZ. Under this designation hides a budget Helio G85 chip. The result in Single-Core was 419 points, and in Multi-Core - 1386 points.
The Helio G85 is not the highest performing chip in MediaTek's range. It has two Cortex-A75 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores with maximum frequencies of 2GHz and 1.8GHz respectively. But the performance in comparison to the Helio P35, which is installed in the Galaxy A04, is doubled. The same goes for the graphics system, which is represented by a Mali-G52 MC2 chip instead of PowerVR GE8320.
According to the data from the benchmark, Samsung Galaxy A05 will get Android 13 operating system and 4 GB of RAM. The presentation of the smartphone is expected before the end of this month.
