Confirmed: realme GT 5 will get 240W fast charging support

Realme continues to reveal the features of the realme GT 5 flagship.

According to a new teaser in Weibo, the gadget will boast support for ultra-fast charging with 240W of power. In addition, the smartphone will be equipped with a special energy management chip SuperVOOC S. By the way, apart from the model with 240W charging, the realme GT 5 should also get a simpler version with a 5200mAh battery and 150W charging.

As for other specs, it is known that the smartphone will run an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. In addition, the device will get up to 24GB of RAM, up to 1TB of inbuilt memory, a Pixelworks X7 chip that will be responsible for video quality and a 144Hz OLED display.

When We Can Expect It

The realme GT 5 will make its debut in China next Monday, August 28.
