Xiaomi is working on a Watch S3 flagship watch with bigger battery and 4G

Late last year, Xiaomi introduced the Watch S2 (pictured). Now it's time for a new model.

Insider Digital Chat Station reports that the Chinese manufacturer is already working on the Xiaomi Watch S3. Details are still scarce, but some specifications are still known.

So, Watch S3 will get an increased battery. If the previous model had a 500 mAh battery, the new one will have a 520 mAh battery. In addition, Xiaomi smartwatches will support LTE connectivity and 4G network. This means that they will be able to receive and make calls without using a smartphone.

Also, the novelty should get an OLED screen with adaptive refresh rate.

The Xiaomi Watch S3 is likely to debut later this year alongside Xiaomi's flagship 14 smartphone lineup.
