Analyst: iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max to rise in price by $100
We've already heard many times that Apple will raise the prices of its new iPhone 15 line of smartphones this year. Now another analyst is talking about it.
Here's What We Know
Wedbush analyst Dan Ives in a note to investors, which was read by MacRumors, predicts that the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will cost 1,099 and 1,199 dollars. That is, the price hike on both models will be $100.
At the same time, the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are expected to remain the same prices as the current models.
Ives believes that there will be massive promotions and discounts from US carriers in the coming months to help boost iPhone 15 sales. According to early leaks, Apple will raise the prices of the new smartphones in both the US and European countries, where tax is also added to the official cost.
Apple will unveil the iPhone 15 lineup next week, on September 12. On that day, along with smartphones will debut smartwatches Apple Watch Series 9, Apple Watch Ultra 2 and TWS-headphones AirPods Pro, which will receive a case with a USB-C port.
