The iPad Air 6 will be the only update to Apple's tablets in 2023
Bloomberg's Mark Gurman predicts that Apple is preparing another new product for October - the 6th generation iPad Air tablet. This information is also confirmed by a Chinese insider who has a proven track record of revealing accurate information about Apple's plans.
Here's What We Know
According to the insider, the new iPad Air will indeed debut in October. And it will be the only update to Apple's tablets this year. That is, wait for new models of iPad mini and iPad Pro until 2024 is definitely not worth it.
Mark Gurman believes that in October Apple will not organise an event for the sake of presentation of iPad Air 6, and will do it with a regular press release and a short video on the official website.
The last time the iPad Air was updated was in March 2022. Back then, Apple added an M1 chip, an updated 12-megapixel front camera with Center Stage support, a faster USB-C port, 5G support and new colours. What updates to expect this year is still unclear.
