Like iPhones and Huawei smartphones: vivo X100 Pro flagship will get satellite communication support

We have already written more than once that vivo is working on a new top-of-the-line smartphone X100 Pro. Now new details about the device have appeared on the Internet.

Here's What We Know

According to Chinese insider WhyLab, the novelty will boast support for two-way satellite communication, like the iPhone and flagship smartphones Huawei. To work technology vivo will install in the device a special chip - Unisoc V8821. This will allow vivo X100 Pro to transmit and receive text messages, images, voice recordings and even videos without being in the cellular coverage area.

It is also known that the flagship will run MediaTek Dimensity 9300 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 prprocessor. In addition, the novelty will get an OLED-display at 120 Hz and a camera with a resolution of up to 200 MP.

When We Can Expect It

The release of vivo X100 Pro should take place in December.
