HyperOS: this will be the name of Xiaomi's new mobile operating system

Rumours have already surfaced on the internet many times that Xiaomi is working on a proprietary operating system. Now the Chinese manufacturer has officially confirmed it.

The information was published by the founder of the company Lei Jun in social networks. The new operating system will be called HyperOS.

Unfortunately, there are no details about the OS yet. All we know is that Xiaomi plans to show it alongside the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro flagship smartphones. According to rumours, the presentation of novelties will take place at the end of October.

By the way, it is possible that HyperOS at the launch will be available only for devices in China. In the global market, the company's smartphones may still come with Android and MIUI shell.
