Insider: Xiaomi 14 Ultra will get a quad camera with 50 MP sensors and variable aperture

Xiaomi recently unveiled Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro flagships, and is now preparing to release the top-of-the-line Xiaomi 14 Ultra series model. Thanks to an insider, new details about the device have surfaced on the internet.

Here's What We Know

According to Digital Chat Station, the smartphone will come with a quad-camera. Each sensor will have a resolution of 50 megapixels. In addition, the camera will have focal lengths of 0.5x, 3.2x and 5x, as well as support variable aperture from f/1.6 to f/4.0. In comparison, in the current Xiaomi 13 Ultra, the camera supports dual aperture (f/1.9 and f/4.0).

It is also known that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be equipped with a new top-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, 120Hz OLED display and a 5000-6000 mAh battery with fast charging support.

When We Can Expect It

If everything goes according to plan, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be released in the first quarter of 2024.
