Insider: Xiaomi Pad 7 tablets will get 144Hz displays, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, 50MP cameras, four stereo speakers and HyperOS

Xiaomi is preparing to unveil a new generation of tablets. Digital Chat Station insider revealed the parameters of Xiaomi Pad 7 models.

Here's What We Know

The new generation is expected to include two models at launch: the Pad 7 and the Pad 7 Pro. Both will get the last generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor, 144Hz displays, 50MP cameras and a quartet of stereo speakers.

The Xiaomi Pad 7 will get support for 67W fast charging. Wired charging power will increase to 90W in the Pro version. But there is no information about the battery capacity at the moment. The software platform in both cases will be the new HyperOS operating system.

Xiaomi Pad 7 tablets are expected to appear in April next year along with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone. In the second half of the year, we should expect the Ultra version to debut with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor.
