A new Vivo smartphone with model number V2324HA has appeared in Geekbench: it might be the X100s Pro
A new Vivo smartphone with model number V2324HA has recently surfaced on certification and benchmarking platforms. There are speculations that it could be the Vivo X100S Pro rather than the expected Vivo X100s.
Here's What We Know
While the presence of the device has been confirmed by both the China certification database and the Geekbench platform, its official name is still in question.
The Chinese radio certification doesn't give specific details about the smartphone. However, after testing in Geekbench, information about the processor configuration of the device became available. The chip consists of a 3.4GHz Cortex-X4 core, three 2.85GHz Cortex-X4 cores and four 2.0GHz Cortex-A720 cores. The GPU is listed as Immortalis-G720 MC12, running at 1300MHz.
The SoC architecture is similar to the Dimensity 9300, but there is a difference in the main core frequency, which is 3.25GHz. It looks like it could be an upgraded version of Dimensity 9300.
According to Weibo from insider WhyLab , the processor could be the Dimensity 9300+, which is expected in April. Based on this expected chipset, the informant suggests that the Vivo X100S Pro could be launched in late April or early May. The device might be unveiled alongside the Vivo X100 Ultra smartphone.
Previous rumours and leaks suggest that the smartphone will support 100W wired fast charging and will get a 5,000mAh battery. There are also reports that the phone may include an optical fingerprint scanner embedded in the display, as well as a metal frame and glass back panel.
