Exynos 1200 chip, 8 GB RAM and Android 12: unannounced Galaxy A53 smartphone tested in Geekbench
We have already written more than once that Samsung is working on the Galaxy A53 smartphone. Now the novelty has been spotted in the Geekbench benchmark database.
What we know
The gadget comes with a model number SM-A536U. According to the report, the new product will run under the proprietary processor number s5e8825. The chip model is not listed in Geekbench, but judging by its characteristics, we are talking about an Exynos 1200 SoC with Mali-G68 graphics. In addition, the device will receive 8 GB of RAM and a fresh Android 12 operating system out of the box.
We will remind, recently the OnLeaks insider published high quality smartphone images. It will look similar to the current model Galaxy A52. Also, the new product is credited with a 6.5-inch screen, IP67 protection, a 5000 mAh battery with 25 W fast charging and a main camera with a 64 MP main module.
When to expect
It's not worth waiting for the release of the Galaxy A53 this year. The device should be released to the market in the first half of 2022.
