Ocean Builders offers customers three models of pods: SeaPod, GreenPod and EcoPod. It is clear from the name that the first type is designed for life on water and the second type is designed for life on land. The capsules EcoPod are an eco-friendly housing option.

Despite the different purposes, all three pods have an identical appearance and large panoramic windows. The floor area is 175 square meters. Residents will be able to control the temperature and water pressure in the shower, the temperature of the air in the room and the lighting.

Also Ocean Builders provides gesture control. For example, with a wave of the hand you can open the doors or turn on the music. For the delivery of oversized cargo, including food and medicines, drones will be used. If the client needs to deliver something large, such as furniture, he will have to use a ship. An unmanned ship will be responsible for garbage collection.

By the end of 2023, the Panamanian company wants to sell 100 capsules. Another 1,000 modules are scheduled for delivery in 2024. The first SeaPod, GreenPod and EcoPod will be available for purchase as early as September 2022. Prices range from $295,000 to $1,500,000 depending on housing parameters.
