Dacia, which is owned by Renault, has announced one of the cheapest electric cars in Europe.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about the updated Dacia Spring. The novelty received the prefix 2024 in the name and design in the style of the new Dacia Duster. The car has a length of 3701 mm and a wheelbase of 2423 mm. It is available with 45 or 65 hp engines and a 26.8 kWh battery. The declared power reserve of the novelty is up to 220 km. The indicator is small, but according to the company's statistics, most drivers of the first generation Dacia Spring travelled less than 64 km per day. So it should be enough for an average buyer of the car.

The Dacia Spring 2024 has a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system and air conditioning, as well as optional 15 or 16-inch wheels. As for the boot, it has a capacity of 308 litres. There is an additional 35-litre compartment at the front as well.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Sales of the Dacia Spring 2024 will start soon. The electric car will cost from €20,000 in Europe.
